Continuously inspired by her roots in High Point, North Carolina – a city renowned for its influence on the furniture and design industry – Lydia's design sensibilities seamlessly blend style with innovation.

Caitlin Sargent, an esteemed and award-winning Interior Designer, brings a wealth of experience and creativity to her role The Ashby White Co. With a career spanning 22 years and a portfolio that spans diverse locations, including Montana, Florida, Maine, Kansas, and Massachusetts.

Growing up surrounded by the creative process in her family's art studios, Caitlin absorbed artistic expression and learned to appreciate its value. Caitlin's design philosophy is rooted in making the design process enjoyable, focused, and accessible to all. She recognizes the inherent fear that non-creative individuals may feel when making many decisions at once, and has mastered the art of guiding them through the process seamlessly.
